Thank you for considering Cottonwood Grille for your event. The following is some information that should be helpful in your decision making process while planning your event.

If you would like to offer appetizers to the group, you will find a list of hot and cold appetizers within the group menu category. These appetizers are priced by the dozen, with a couple of exceptions, and we recommend that you figure between 3-5 pieces per person. Appetizers that are available on the regular dinner menu may be included in your selection process. When selecting your appetizers, remember that we prepare a minimum of two-dozen of each item. Also it is a good idea to make sure that there is at least one piece of each appetizer for each guest.

The first course will be a salad course. For a group of your size, you may offer a choice of a mixed green salad with CG vinaigrette or a Caesar salad. If you prefer to only offer one item for everyone, that can also be arranged.

With regard to the entrée course, you may select three entrees to offer to your guests. These items may be selected form either the regular dinner menu or the list of specialty entrees that can be found within the group menu category.

As a final course, we have a list of fantastic desserts. Please select two desserts for your guests to choose from. Another dessert option may be to have a custom cake made by Dwayne Horikami, our award winning pastry chef.

With regard to beverages, you may host all beverages or limit the selections, whichever you prefer. If you would like to pre-select wines for the evening, let us know and we can work on finding just the right wine selections to pair with your menu.

In order to prepare for your event, we would need your menu selections one week in advance, and an accurate guest count two days in advance.
