| The Discovery Center of Idaho recently hosted the Chocolate and Diamonds Extravaganza, an annual fundraising event showcasing area chefs and their chocolate creations. Once again, our own Chef Patissier Dwayne-Neal Horikami came away with many awards. His "Clowns in Love" was chosen "Best of Show" and "Most Artistic", while his entry in the dessert category was awarded "Best Taste". If you haven't sampled any of Dwayne's desserts, or seen any of his fantastic displays, come to Cottonwood Grille and reward yourself!
